Saying Goodbye…

Is one of my least favourite things to do. It was a hard decision to leave Mumbai and all the wonderful friends I made there. We laughed, we cried, we argued, we stayed up all night dancing to cheesy hindi music, we swam in the lake in our underwear… we were spontaneous!! These are the memories I have brought back to London with me, that will keep me smiling, even when it rains. I will miss that life I had. It was only for a short time, but it was a BIG part of my life. My first big adventure!

Even though the missing part hurts, I wouldn’t change it for the world. It just makes you realise how amazing the people you left behind are. They left me laughing and I hope I did the same for them too.

So in the true nature of Ashley I am going to stay positive and keep smiling!! Im going to cherish these memories and hope to make more like them in my next adventure.
